27, 2006) 2006 ** Fortune, April 17, 2006 Manager, Operations Management This position manages privacy and information security related projects and project teams.
Key functions will include documenting and analyzing current privacy and security processes and conducting analyses (quantitative and qualitative) to identify opportunities for improvement.
The chosen candidate will be relied on to develop strong relationships with Countrywide Financial Corporation s various business units, maintain a high degree of quality and rapport and develop a broad understanding of Countrywide's businesses and strategies, in addition to contributing to building the group's infrastructure.
Requirements: - Undergraduate degree.
MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years experience involving consulting, project management, process improvement or financial analysis.
- Privacy and data security background helpful.
- Experience with financial services a plus.
- Training in a formal project management discipline (BPR, Six Sigma, Method/1, etc.) preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Resourcefulness and innovative problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly motivated to exceed expectations of peers and subordinates.
- Self-starter and results driven with a professional demeanor.
