Learning Strategy Consult
Job Details Strong experience in applying adult learning theory and instructional design methodology; proven track record of how to align business and learning needs; strong communication both speaking and writing skills; ability to articulate a business case for learning investment.
Must understand implications for implementing learning solutions.
Responsible for working with customers to define business and performance issues relating to professional and skills development needs.
Learning consultants are knowledgeable in current industry trends in the field of education, delivery media alternatives, and current offerings and solutions to address organization capabilities and specific development needs.
Based on a review of the customer's current business, technical and/or learning strategy, organizational capabilities and requirements, and skills gap analysis, learning consultants can make solid recommendations on how to develop a comprehensive training program to address a broad spectrum of training requirements and develop a plan for implementation.
They have strong expertise in instructional design methodology and the application of the appropriate learning strategies.
