Job Details This position requires consulting experience and you must be open to travel Monday through Thursday.
Workplace M-Mobile/Telecommuters Division Global Business Services: 05-BCS BUSINESS CONSULTING SVCS Desired Skills 10 years exp.Excellent communications skills - written and oral; good executive presence, Successful track record that demonstrate effective negogaition skills, West-coast candidates will be given preference.
Communications Sector experience from industry or consulting.
Work collaberatively amoung the solution area; practice area; w/ other practice ares; w/and across lines of business.
Generate new revenue streams for learning services solution area, $5m to $10m per year by gaining the trust and confidence of clients Scope, price, and negotiate small to large learning services engagements in compliance with risk management guidelines,Successfully deliver large complex learning services engagements,Achieve high level of client satisfaction thru the delivery of learning services engagements,Develop and sustain client senior level (CLO) relationships during and after engagements, Demonstrate thought leadership both internally and externally speaking engagements, published articles, white papers, etc, Develop new solutions leveraging intellectual capital of the IBM,Demonstrate good leadership skills; role model for staff; proactively grows and develop staff.
