Financial Manager: Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin
Financial Manager The Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Financial Manager to manage the fiscal operations of the Board.
The Board serves as the administrative office for management of federal and state workforce development funds within a six-county area.
See website for details and full job description: www.wdbscw.org Minimum Qualifications: Three or more years of accounting experienceAccounting experience with a non-profit organization with multiple funding sourcesExperience using accounting software and spreadsheets.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Experience preparing budgets, financial reports and audit work papers.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with accuracy, meet deadlines, and manage high a volume of tasks.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of federal grant, IRS, and other rules and regulations governing financial management of non-profit organizations.
Experience with State and Federal level Department of Labor funding a plus.
Working knowledge of accrual accounting.
Salary and Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience ($45,000 to $60,000) plus benefits.
