Director Of Stores
Director of Stores: A'GACI A'GACI is looking for a Director of Stores.
A'GACI / AGX / O'Shoes is one of the fastest growing junior retailers in the fashion industry.
We are committed to providing a trendy line of fashionable clothing at reasonable prices to our customers and a learning, growing, fun environment for our members.
As Director of Stores you will oversee all operational and store aspects of the company.
You will be the motivating force behind all activities in the stores.
Job Requirements include: Experience in a high volume environment with multi-store experience in junior apparel is preferred.
Ability to lead all District Managers and management teams in sales generation, ensuring corporate operational standards are met and executed.
Coach, develop, evaluate District Managers Accountability for sales, profit development, and shrinkage control.
2-3 years of regional management retail experience 5 years of managing multiple high volume districts Knowledge of junior apparel retail market and keeping abreast of the competition and competitive issues.
Ability to motivate and provide leadership to District Managers and entire store staff as we try to exceed our customer service expectations.
Experience in team development skills, recruiting, interviewing, training, and development Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Developing a positive relationships with other departments in the Home Office and in the Field Extensive Travel is required
