Customer Service Manager: RPSolutions
Ability to provide the following: Provide outstanding customer service, develop and manages the entire customer service operations and staff.
Deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact for the company.
Develops and implements process and procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Reports as requested key performance measures for the department.
Manages customer database information.
Manage a team of customer service staff.
Must have strong interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Must be a self starter with strong communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications: 4-5 years experience Ability to work under pressure Able to Multi-Task Excellent skills in prioritizing Excellent computer skills GED or High School equivalent Preferred Qualification: Bilingual English / Spanish 4 year Degree Database Maintenance Experience
