Business Development Exec
Job Details This position is required to be client-facing, assigned to the development of new opportunities and services proposals more frequently than client billable engagements.
When not participating in new business development or bid and proposal activity, is expected to support and lead billable client activities within their area of practice.
Major Field of Study: Computer Science, Marketing, Management, Business Administration.
Proven Marketing Capabilities (Can give expert advice and lead others to perform), Complex Projects Delivery, Relationship Management, Team Building, Mentoring, excellent Oral and Written Communication skills, and Consulting experience.
Workplace M-Mobile/Telecommuters Division Global Business Services: 6C-ASD APPLICATION SERVICES (AS) Desired Skills We are searching for an experienced Associate Partner with proven experience and knowledge needed to develop new business opportunities, leading to client acceptance of IBM terms and conditions for services delivery.
They must understand large and complex services engagements in their area of expertise, with a demonstrated expert knowledge of the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's Industrial Sector.
Candidate is expected to contribute to the growth of intellectual capital within their practice area and to support the development of other consultants through participation in mentoring or coaching activities.
They are expected to establish trusted long-term relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions.
They must develop strong and trusted relationships with other areas of IBM used in the delivery of complex services.
This position is Live Anywhere in the US near a major airport with 80-100% travel.
