Responsibilities: Understanding of pricing optimization and price management solutions to maximize client value Identifying, scoping and delivering quantifiable business value that is consistent with the client's objectives Analyze business processes that will contribute to the configuration of PROS Pricing solutions Address the specific customer requirements.

Provide functional leadership and facilitation of client workshops, definition of functional gaps between client requirements and PROS Pricing Solution.

Coordinates and participates in documentation activities.

Assist in system configuration and set-up.

Test the system configuration including creating test scripts and tracking incidents Establish, track, and manage project expectations as related to the critical path for application deployment.

Provide timely communications (verbal and written) to leadership, project teams, and business clients as appropriate.

Available and approachable as support/training and/or application resource during Go Live and when present at client locations Provide defined project support during all phases: Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, Post-Go-Live.

Partner with implementation team to assure success of implementation Work along side functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training.

Business process change and system configuration will be necessary for a successful implementation.

Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value added services and work products.

Must be able to work along side multiple disciplines within PROS, such as business development, product management, and development.

Requirements: Technical bachelor's degree or business degree with analytical experience An MBA or Masters with a concentration in Strategy, Finance, Supply/Chain, Organizational Development is a plus Minimum 4 years practical business consulting experience Previous consulting or participation in large-scale integration projects preferred Strong analytical (statistics, financial analysis) skills Experience with companies with analytic intensive software solutions Experience with requirements definition and/or business process definition required Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in client environments Experience in pricing and revenue management, SCM or CRM is a plus Aptitude for analytical concepts, demonstrated leadership ability, strong verbal and electronic communication skills, customer focus, teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills.

Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.

Experience with project management tools.

Familiarity with price execution, forecasting and optimization, OLAP, data warehouse products and tools are a plus.

Ability to mine data using MS Access a major plus.
