They will be the IBM focal point to their clients for the project assigned; providing direction of the project team, resource scheduling, guidance/direction, financial management and problem solving.

The individual must be capable of motivating the team and providing direction by establishing a project plan with defined deliverables, achievable milestones, and sufficient checkpoints to achieve success and high client satisfaction.

In addition, the individual must be able to support and lead the identification and selling of follow on opportunities that arise from the project and client relationship.

PM skills and methodology, Banking Industry skills in any of deposits, payments, credit, lending, mortgage, risk and compliance are required.

Experience is not required in all skill areas listed above, but the candidate must be able to demonstrate they have delivered in a banking engagement and can provide deep knowledge in at least one of the areas noted above.

Excellent communication skills.

Field of study: BS/BA degree.

Certifications: PMP Preferred.

10+ years experience managing projects, 10+ years banking knowledge, technical background in order to perform successful systems integration projects, excellent consulting skills, excellent communications skills, advanced business development skills through project delivery.
