Assistant Field Operations Director - RHIT/RHIA - San Francisco, CA
Assist the Operation Director with field staff management and client customer service Smart Document Solutions, a world leader in providing health document management solutions is actively seeking an Assistant Operations Director for the San Francisco, CA territory.
Qualified candidates will be credentialed Health Information Management and have previous staff management experience.
The Assistant Operations Director will assist in the daily management of field operations staff and multiple sites.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; training Release of Information Specialists on proper processes and procedures, provide coverage in event of backlogs, illness, vacation, or leave of absence of Release of Information Specialists, assist the Operations Director with payroll administration through the uunderstanding and utilization of Smart Document Solutions method of compensation for the commission-based employees.
Desired Minimum Qualifications 4 year degree with credentials in Health Information Technology or Health Information Asdministation.
Minimum of 2 years management of a staff of 15 employees or more.
Prior experience in a medical records department with release of information.
