Assistant Center Manager / Retail Manager: The Cole Group
Our client, a reputable property group, is currently seeking a Retail Manager to join their busy shopping center.
Working closely with the Center Manager your role will be varied and will include: Assisting to maintain the center Working on Debtors Mentoring & assisting staff at the Centers Leasing Budgeting & forecasting Retail strategy assistance Maintaining retailer relationships Assisting in the day to day operations The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in shopping center management.
This role would suit an aspiring Center Manager, ideally an Administration Manager or Retail Manager ready to step up and take on a larger center.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly organized and have exceptional administrative skills.
