We presently seek a leader to oversee the daily operations of our Access Center by providing services to both physicians and consumers.
Areas of responsibility will also include monitoring the performance of the Access Center and its staff through the review of statistics, referral database reports, voice recordings and other related tools.
Be prepared to provide a system-wide approach to the integration of information into multiple databases as well as design technology to support data infrastructure.

Requirements: Our qualifications include: Bachelor's degree along with five-six years of related experience At least three years of experience supervising a small to medium sized staff Call center and telecommunications experience preferred An RN with a working knowledge of managed care highly desired, but not necessary Ability to generate/develop reports and strong computer and organization skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Contact: Temple Univ.
