Senior Corporate General Paralegal NYC $55-75K 41746 Full-Time Excellent opportunity for a professional who has good experience and the drive and motivation to succeed as the Senior Corporate Paralegal for a prestigious law firm.
Large law firm HJ Responsibilities for this position include: Assisting in drafting, managing and organizing various documents related to corporate transactions Serving as the assigned paralegal on large, complex transactions Providing ongoing corporate maintenance and assistance to an assigned client base Utilizing, creating or establishing procedures to manage large, complex transactions Attending closings and managing closing room Coordinating work flow and managing and controlling execution of closing documents Tracking, obtaining and organizing pre- and post closing documents to assure performance of obligations 3-7 years of experience Case management experience Prior law firm experience
