Project Administrator: Collabnet
Software Sales Contracts, Business Requirements, Apptus, SFDC Job Description This regular full-time position will support the Legal and HR Departments and report to the General Counsel.
The individual will be primarily responsible for managing the contracts workflow and high profile corporate-wide strategic business projects.
We are looking for a confident person who enjoys improving workflow processes and who can work cross functionally with sales, finance and other departments and manage multiple projects relating to strategic business objectives, Our Legal and HR teams enjoy solving challenging problems in a positive, fun working environment.
Duties: The Candidate will manage the preparation and negotiation of contracts of all types and be responsible for the contracts database.
He or she will track orders from the field, manage source code escrows, work to constantly improve the process of orders from the field to closing for revenue purposes and will guide cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans for various projects such as corporate-wide training, customer advisory councils, e-commerce initiatives and various other high profile projects.
Duties will include gathering business requirements, selecting project membership, preparing meeting agendas, conducting research, analyzing data, and writing and delivering reports.
The individual will also be responsible for the due diligence processes underlying corporate acquisitions and will be asked to advise and troubleshoot complex problems affecting Legal and HR. Requirements Bachelors degree with a business related field preferred.
Two years of contract administration or project management experience with a technology company or law firm specializing in technology.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Research skills with attention to detail, comfortable with technology Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Ability to work across multiple functions, disciplines, and levels within the organization Paralegal Certification in Intellectual Property or experience in software licensing a plus Direct or indirect experience in the development of new products and services a plus.
