Part-time Receptionist

Part-time Receptionist Saturday/Sunday 8 am - 4 pm Job Description: The successful Part-time Receptionist candidate will have a demonstrated ability of providing a high level of customer service both on the phone and in person.
This person must be able to work well under pressure while coordinating several activities at once.
Job Responsibilities: Meeting, greeting and directing of the Firm's clients and visitors Answering a very busy computerized switchboard console Directing inquiries and taking detailed phone messages.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of reception experience, preferably in a large corporate environment, and/or telephone switchboard experience in a related field Excellent communication skills and proper command of the English language Knowledge of telephone equipment, as well as, light typing and computer skills.
**Cannot be employed full time for part time positions.
We offer a competitive salary and health club privileges.
Position will require overtime during the week and must be available to work holidays as well.
