~ Maintain real estate files from start to finish, including the preparation, distribution, and completion of closing binders ~ Order corporate lien letters, tax certifications and prepare various satisfaction documents ~ Review and analysis of titles, leases, surveys and abstract title documents ~ Prepare title commitments and policies, removal of, and/or insuring over, title exceptions, and obtaining title endorsements ~ Order and Review surveys in conjunction with title review, including locating easements and the ability to read and plot legal descriptions ~ Interface with inside and outside counsel, lenders, surveyors and engineers in order to resolve issues and assist in all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions ~ Zoning review and analysis ~ Review of contracts, tracking of critical dates and preparation of closing checklists ~ Preparation of conveyance documents and escrow instructions ~ Organization and coordination of closings, including portfolios of multiple properties and single assets ~ Review and summarize restrictive covenants and prepare estoppels relating to same ~ Respond to client?s lender?s requests relating to title, survey and/or formation document matters ~ Corporate maintenance for real estate clients and formation of new entities in connection with real estate acquisitions.

What you will need for this position: 4+ years of commercial real estate experience as a Paralegal Paralegal certificate AND a Bachelor?s degree, would be a huge plus, but are not required.

Able to handle deadlines and work well under pressure.

Skilled in purchase and sale, financing and leasing transactions, drafting, as well as title review and entity formations.

Energetic, articulate professional with a strong attention to detail who maintains poise under pressure while exhibiting a continual smile and delightful attitude.

Excellent writing skills, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attentive to detail Work independently as well as part of a team Analytical and problem solving skills.
