Paralegal: Double Diamond Resorts

Paralegal - Insurance/Real Estate Double Diamond Companies, a national developer of premier golf, residential and resort communities is seeking a Paralegal to work in the Corporate office.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 5+ years experience with knowledge of Insurance, Real Estate Law, and Corporate Governance.

Litigation experience is a plus.

Duties include working with insurance brokers regarding renewals of policies including Property and Casualty, preparing real estate sales documents, reviewing documents for foreclosures, speaking with Property Owners, working with our Mortgage Company, reviewing title searches, and assisting in packaging loans for sale in the secondary market.
