Litigation Paralegal-Well known Midtown Law firm: Access Staffing, LLC.
Litigation Paralegal with 3 5 years of NYC law firm experience is needed for a well known midtown law firm.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelors degree to assist litigation lawyers with complex matters.
The paralegal in this practice group will be expected to handle multiple responsibilities including but not limited to: Case maintenance (organization of files such as pleadings, discovery, correspondence) Reviewing and assembling documents to be used at depositions Digesting deposition transcripts Utilizing Lexis/Nexis and Westlaw Shepardizing and cite-checking briefs Must have experience with trials, including organizing trial exhibits and trial notebooks Salary of 55K plus paid OT and excellent benefits is being offered for an immediate hire.
