Legal Secretary/Paralegal: Confidential
LEGAL SECRETARY/PARALEGAL: Seeking a full time Legal Secretary/Paralegal for a busy litigation and bankruptcy practice in St. Petersburg.
We offer a fantastic work atmosphere and great benefit package! Job responsibilities include preparation of correspondence, pleadings and court documents; trial preparation; client interaction and related tasks.
Secretarial tasks such as dictation and calendaring are also required.
Working knowledge of our areas of practice preferred.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, possess excellent organizational, writing and communication skills and handle multiple tasks.
Position requires ability to draft correspondence and pleadings from a blank slate we are not a form practice.
Must have strong computer skills with familiarity with Client Profiles, PC Law, ECF filing and MS Office 2007 a plus.
