Legal Secretaries
LEGAL SECRETARIAL OPPORTUNITIES IN ALL AREAS We have several wonderful opportunities for Stellar Legal Secretaries All opportunities are at Partner Level! Our client, a reputable Midtown law firm is looking for Legal Secretaries in the following areas of practice: Securities Litigation Finance & Restructuring Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquisitions Financial Products All candidates must have 3+ years legal secretarial experience, have excellent communication skills and strong administrative skills.
The computer skills required for all positions are strong Word and typing of 60wpm minimum.
Steno is required for certain positions.
If you are "tech Saavvy" that is a plus! All positions are eligible for overtime.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Telephone coverage Word processing or liaison with the Document Production Department for more complex documents and other related tasks, i.
e., proofreading, conversions, distributions, Edgar, etc. Copy, fax and mail support Scanning Time entry Expense processing Meeting arrangements Travel arrangements Some personal work Transcribing tapes from dictaphone Candidates must be "on the ball", team players.
Flexibility and resourcefulness while under pressure are key ingredients for these spots.
The ability to remain professional while working with difficult individuals is important.
Hard working, organized and dedicated professional are the ideal type of candidate for these positions.
These are immediate opportunities.
Salary will range from 62k to 70k based on experience and salary requirements.
