Helpdesk Analyst
Helpdesk Analyst - (Phone Support, Word, Blackberry, iManage/PC Docs, Outlook or Lotus Notes) YOU MUST HAVE LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE Job Summary: Major law firm seeks Helpdesk Analyst with experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook or Lotus Notes, BlackBerry and iManage (or similar document management systems).
Responsibilities: - Identify and seek resolution for software problems.
- Troubleshoot Blackberry problems.
- Research new problems and determine fixes for both software and hardware related problems.
- Interact with other groups in IT (Networking, Desktop Systems, etc) in order to assure that user's problems are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to the User Support Knowledge Base when a new issue or solution is discovered.
- Troubleshoot user's issues with the firm's remote access systems, including BlackBerry and home pc's.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to both routine and complex support issues.
Requirements: - Excellent writing and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time pressures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the Firm.
- Strong understanding of Windows and MS office applications.
- Strong understanding of a document management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus and experience.
