for the Firm's administrative departments (ie IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing), including recruiting, hiring and internal transfers, and ensuring compliance with the Firm's Affirmative Action Plan and all related Federal, State and Local guidelines.
Interviews applicants for Exempt and Non Exempt positions, refers, qualified applicants to appropriate supervisor; performs testing, conflicts screening, reference and background checks for applicants; counsels internal candidates inquiring about promotions and transfers, and refers those qualified to the appropriate supervisor; conducts new hire orientations and exit interviews; maintains and updates job posting board, internet recruitment web sites; coordinates special projects/programs (ie summer interns); other duties as assigned.
