Shaw group's Legal department is looking for a fund documentation specialist.
The successful candidate will be an excellent writer, a meticulous organizer, and an adept project manager with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include coordinating review of documentation among various groups in the firm, corresponding and negotiating with investors and outside attorneys, drafting documentation for structuring investment vehicles, and helping to create and review marketing materials.
Candidates should have a first-rate academic background and 2-5 years work experience.
Some background in law is a plus, as are technical writing, editing, and/or proofreading skills.
