Front Desk Service Professional for a Yacht Service Company Express a great opportunity for an articulate, dynamic and talented front desk professional with one of the most successful entrepreneurial organizations in Florida! This position is an entry point to a renowned professional service organization, with all the growth potential that a successful entrepreneur can offer.

As the first point of contact, this person is responsible for providing notably courteous and professional executive level service.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are a must as this person will greet affluent visitors and guests; both in person and on the phone or via e-mail.

Detailed Responsibilities: - Answer internal and external telephone calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor; assists callers appropriately; transfers calls as directed.

- determines how inquiries should be handled, which department handles the particular inquiry, and then routes the call to the appropriate person/department.

- Contributes to the security of the organization by helping to monitor the access of visitors; notifies appropriate person when visitors/guests are greeted.

- Professionally greets job applicants, customers, employees, visitors, and vendors, and directs to appropriate personnel as necessary.

- Ensures the reception area is neat and clean at all times; helps to maintain an environment in the sitting area that is enjoyable for guests to ensure great first impressions.

- Requires a non-stop professional attitude; exudes a pleasant face to face interaction.

- Must wear clothing and accessories that will project a professional image of self and the company for both visitors and co-workers, clothing should be neat, clean and appropriate.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required; some college or continuing education preferred.

- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a bank, law firm, investment firm, FBO operator, yacht dealership or similar firm and a minimum of 2 years of general office work experience.

- Outstanding grammar, telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills - Must maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.

- Requires initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

- Must have excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
