Employment Paralegal
Are you an Employment Paralegal A very well recognized Global Finance & Trading Firm is diligently looking to fill this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Paralegal with 5 years + experience to join their team.
Work with this new team of professionals who not only get the job done, but get it done right- the first time, everytime! Financial background is a plus but not necessary.
Paralegal certificate required.
Primary responsibilities- 50-75% of this position will involve drafting offer letters, separation agreements, consulting agreements and partnership agreements.
Knowledge of Discovery, Lexis Nexis and Excel spreadsheets a must.
This person will help organize, develop and create processes.
9-6pm Minimum, some o/t.
