Coordinator, Practice Management Coordinator, Practice Management Axiom Legal is seeking a Coordinator to support our practice management team.

What we're looking for The Coordinator will assist our practice management group with attracting new clients and managing existing relationships.
The Coordinator position requires a positive attitude and tremendous initiative.
It offers independence, professional growth opportunities and the chance to work with an amazing team of people.
The Coordinator will: Manage/track client reports Oversee and manage client database Support sales efforts (including research, securing meetings & preparing client pitch materials) Assist with strategic initiatives (such as client roundtables) Draft clients letters/emails Mastermind administrative tasks (coordinating schedules, making travel arrangements, etc.) This is a position for someone who loves to connect with people, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
The candidate must have an undergraduate degree from a top university, excellent academic credentials and, preferably, at least 2 years of experience.
PowerPoint expertise is a plus.
