Contracts Administrator: infinity consulting solutions

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews and analyzes sales contracts to identify potential risk and ensure compliance within our clients parameters and guidelines.

Drafts language and prepares modifications to sales contracts.

Supports the Sales teams efforts to negotiate through written and verbal consultation.

Provides authoritative guidance to internal business teams on corporate goals and objectives related to contract activity.

Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and maintains historical information on contract proposals and performance.

Works with management to enhance Contract Administration Process and Procedures to support achievement of company goals.

Assists in the development of communications throughout the organization for appropriate contractual guidelines and policies.

Reviews solicitations and prepares responses for proposals, bids and contract modifications.

Communicates contract policy and practice to internal business teams.

Prepares and administers correspondence, negotiation memoranda and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal.

Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.

Works with internal or external business teams on issues and developments relative to assigned contracts.

Assists in new business pursuit and associated contract strategy.

Assists in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes.

Supports contract compliance requirements, including reporting and data management and administrative changes.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree or the equivalent experience required.

Five years contract analysis, modification and negotiation in a corporate setting required.

SKILLS: Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to all types of government agencies (eg Federal, State and Local) preferred.

Working knowledge of corporate policies and procedures required.

Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Excellent negotiation skills required.
