EOE CLIENT ACCOUNTING PROJECT MANAGER Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Client Intake and Billing Rate processes and coordinating knowledge and information dissemination with respect to Client Administration procedures.
Provides firm-wide Client Accounting Systems training and support.
Manages a staff of 11 employees, oversees employee's work performance and provides guidance in the resolution of problems, performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED.
MBA a plus.
Minimum 5 years experience working with Client Accounting and business systems in a corporate environment.
Law Firm experience preferred.
Broad and thorough knowledge of client accounting field and related business systems (ie: CMS Open, ISQL, Excel, ImageBase, LEDES) Strong managerial skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Must possess the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
Ability to handle complex issues requiring independent exercise of discretion and judgement.
Delegates work effectively.
Ability to deal with all levels of Firm personnel.
Flexibility to adjust hours to meet the department's needs.
