Chief Financial Officer/CFO: The Peak Organization
Midtown law firm specializing in Securities Offerings, M&A, Regulation & Compliance and General Corporate seeks a Chief Financial Officer.
The CFO will develop, organize, implement and oversee the firms financial functions and performance.
In addition, the CFO will interface heavily with the firms managing partner and executive committee members.
Responsibilities include: preparation and ongoing monitoring of annual budget, generate monthly financial reports, maintaining attorney performance statistics, optimizing cash flow and the firms banking relationships, coordinating annual financial reporting, overseeing employee benefits programs, coordinating all insurance coverage plus all day to day accounting functions including A/R collections.
The successful candidate will possess 10+ years of accounting experience as a Controller or CFO with a law firm or other professional services firm.
CPA a plus.
