Job OverviewSeeking an Administrative Assistant for our office.
Duties and Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant and member of the team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strong Customer Skills providing high - quality administrative support being the primary person for answering phones as part of the support staff memo/correspondence writing, electronically or hard copy preparing and sending faxes assist in maintaining reports and invoices, and a number of various reports / documents ability to manage computer filing system for documents and records maintain internal contact sheet and inter-office phone extension list daily mail and package maintenance ¿½ incoming and outgoing (US Postal, FedEx, UPS) sort & distribute assist in coordinating various inter-office matters, such as, teleconferences, meetings, luncheons and occasional offsite functions interact and coordinate with the office of the building staff members Any special projects as necessary Skill & Qualifications 3-5 years administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects Strong team skills and the ability to be self-directed and proactive Customer service oriented (internal office and external) Must be detail oriented Ability to provide complete and detailed information for thorough background check
