Fall recruiting process, summer associate program and assisting with lateral hiring; Handle the logistics of on-campus recruiting which includes oci registration and scheduling interviews and scheduling of lateral associate interviews; Plan recruiting events and summer associate events; Manage the Firm's CLE database, CLE reports and assist with all attorney development training programs.

Requirements: 3-4 years of legal recruiting experience is required; Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and high energy; A drive to work hard and effectively with others is a must; Bachelor's degree is required.
