Security Manager: Confidential
National Contract Security Company is seeking a Security Manager to oversee day to day operations in the North Shore area.
Develops and implements security/safety awareness related training programs to introduce new and re-enforce existing services, knowledge and techniques to division employees.
Direct and participate during crisis emergencies or serious situations that require security planning, involvement and intervention.
Develop and monitor security reports related to incidents, operating procedures, post orders, inspections, and security processes.
Enhance security profile and visibility by communications, liaison and awareness of security programs Knowledge of access control systems a plus.
5 years security supervisor / management skill required Law Enforcement/Sec Mgr/Strong Business Acumen preferred Must possess excellent leadership, verbal, and written skills.
