Job Summary To work closely with the store management team to increase sales associate awareness in safety and shortage by implementing and maintaining all company loss prevention programs and standards.

Areas of focus include inventory shortage, safety related losses and operating expense, adding value and profit contribution while enhancing customer service.

Leverage all available resources (associates, reports, equipment) to most effectively and efficiently achieve objectives.

The Loss Prevention Manager in Training will complete a 4-6 week training program designed to acclimate the manager with Sears business processes and LP systems.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of Retail Loss Prevention Management experience and MUST be mobile across store locations in San Bernandino, Riverside and desert areas.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements Responsibilties: Conduct on-going review of all operational systems to identify existing or potential exposures.

Ensure that investigations are conducted and successfully concluded involving associate theft and violations of business conduct policy.

Work with field or store support Loss Prevention organization as situations warrant.

Implement and maintain all Loss Prevention programs which will provide a path to educate management and associates in the causes of inventory shortage and safety related losses, and the methods by which they can be prevented.

Work with store management team to monitor all controllable expenses in the unit.

Conduct on-going review to ensure financial resources are utilized appropriately to reduce expense when possible.
