00 Benefits: We offer fantastic employee referral bonuses, competitive wages, medical, dental, vision insurance & much more! Job Duties: Patrols assigned areas on foot to ensure personal, building, and equipment security.
Provides escort services for visitors and tenants.
Provides public assistance, including lockout services and information.
Watches for and reports irregularities, such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked; sounds alarm in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Prepares routine, standardized reports.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements: · Experience in a service industry preferred.
· Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels, executives and employees.
Strong computer application experience/knowledge beyond basic understanding required.
· Must be able to problem solve effectively.
· Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through a must.
Conditions of Employment: · Successful candidate must submit to and pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screening.
