Title: Trade Support Analyst Requirements: Working knowledge of LINUX Systems (Running scripts, parsing logs, troubleshooting and tools etc.) or equivalent.
Excellent Working knowledge of FIX Protocol Version
4. x and above.
Excellent knowledge of FIX testing tools such as Aegis, Javelin for Client and Exchange emulations.
Working knowledge of Algotradring engines and Trading Algorithms.
Working knowledge of OMS ( Eze Castle , Sunguard, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc.) and Trade Management Tools.
Perl/Python/Shell scripting to automate tasks.
Pristine Customer Service skills.
Excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
Qualifications: Over 5 years of Relevant Trading Systems/ Customer Service Experience.
Bachelors Degree.
Role: Interface with Citadel trading desk and support traders in our Front-office.
Onboard and interface with Citadel customers and support FIX protocol based trading systems applications.
Responsible for Onboarding customers, including customer FIX certification and coordination with other Citadel IT, MiddleOffice and BackOffice teams.
Interface with Citadel Execution Services (CES) Trade desk in identifying technical problems with customer connections to CES. Manage customer contacts and escalation path by way of problem ownership and accurate follow-up.
Communicate effectively with team members and upper management.
