We enable digital coupon programs for the nations top brands and retailers.
Our services provide clients with the creation, distribution, tracking and reporting of printable and Save to Card coupons that can be used for traditional in-store redemption.

Our clients and licensees include consumer packaged goods brands, leading restaurant, toy and entertainment companies, as well as top retailers.
Position Summary: The Senior GL Accountant is a key member of the Accounting team; responsible for GL, Bank reconciliations, recording and reviewing adjusting and accrual journal entries in accordance with GAAP principles and company policies.
Position Responsibilities: Ensure monthly accounting closing schedule is met. Review and post journal entries for prepaid amortizations and standard accruals prepared by staff accountant.
Ensure prepaid amortizations and standard accruals are prepared in accordance with GAAP principles and company policies.
Prepare journal entries for key accruals, prepaid expenses, accounts payable and fixed assets depreciation.
Analyze and reconcile monthly general ledger key accounts to supporting documentation, including reconciliation of all bank accounts.
Ensure corporate accounting policies are followed as related to: Fixed Assets depreciation methods, matching and timing of P&L recognition, and proper recognition of expenses and liabilities.
Ensure that all significant accruals and liabilities have been properly recorded.
Help and participate in year end audit performed by outside auditors.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and gap mitigation and work independently and collaboratively to deploy process enhancements, controls and solutions.
Other Accounting/Financial duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications: 5+ years of accounting experience with a minimum of 2 years supervisory management experience, preferably in a high growth media, technology or internet company.
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Demonstrated initiative and success in the development and implementation of accounting process improvements.
A strong team player is required.
A strong drive for excellence with an established practice of eliciting functional and cross functional collaboration to achieve excellence/results.
Excellent follow-through and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and work with grace under pressure.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Great Plains & QuickBooks experience is desired.
