Position Summary: Adobe is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Mobile and Devices Customer Implementation.

This individual will lead and manage cross-functional teams (includes customer and vendor management) as well as maintain the master schedule, project plan and/or blocking schedule.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage cross-functional teams (includes customer and vendor management).

- Identify key program objectives, risks, drivers and create plans to manage these elements.

- Responsible for maintaining the master schedule, project plan and/or blocking schedule.

- Track program interdependencies, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful program implementation/deployment.

Provide consistent issue management resolution: - Works independently with little guidance.

- Able to prioritize between competing agendas and resources.

- Able to build projects from the ground up; establishing relationships and processes.

Create program documentation necessary to ensure successful implementation/deployment: - Project/Program scoping documents.

- Functional requirements documents.

- Use Case documentation.

- Functional specifications.

- Project website.

- Status reports.

- Test plans.

- Work with the customer to define, revise, develop and implement communication processes between Macromedia and customer.

- Manage cross-functional team resources to ensure consistent results are achieved.

- Lead cross-functional team meetings.

Knowledge & Skills: - A minimum of 6 years of experience managing application development projects and programs.

- Consulting background.

- Custom application development background.

- Resource estimation.

- ROI analysis.

- Exposure to mobile user experience projects ideal.

- History of communication and interaction with Senior level executives.

- Strong follow-through skills, ability to complete tasks and hold other team members accountable.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Effective facilitation skills and ability to gain group/team consensus.

- Communicate effectively with business units and technology stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Strong work ethic; extremely organized and detail oriented.

- Strong delegation skills; may have a small team of project managers.

- Experience managing and maintaining project budgets.

- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements, policies and best practices.

- Expertise in managing the creation of complex functional/technical requirements as well as development of test plans.

- Understands the project development lifecycle.

- Ability to travel to Japan; fluency/proficiency in Japanese a plus; business or living experience in Japan a plus Adobe believes personal fulfillment and company success go hand in hand, sustaining one another.
