Senior Analyst, Sales Operations
Reports to: Director, Inventory Management General Function: This position will be responsible for Inventory Analysis and Trending, Behavioral Targeting, Pricing and Departmental Reporting needs.
This individual will coordinate with multiple vendors to determine inventory levels, usage patterns and pricing recommendations/considerations.
The selected individual should possess the ability to be effective in an evolving environment and the desire to make an immediate impact.
This environment is best served with a creative and flexible approach and a willingness to take the department to the next level.
This position will work directly with the Director as well with the whole Sales Organization.
Responsibilities: - This position is responsible for the coordination and profitable allocation of advertising inventory to specific accounts and advertising packages.
- Monthly/Quarterly pricing analysis to be done via RAPT and responsible for preparing data for Quarterly pricing council meetings.
- Liaisons between Sales, System and Accounting in the effective utilization of ad inventory.
- In Charge of all Behavioral Targeting and ZAG data for Sales using Tacoda - Insures adequate and equitable distribution of inventory is being done through inventory planners.
- Assist Director with reporting needs including monthly and quarterly reports for billing.
- Analysis and sets % of play ratios for Video products to ensure the best delivery and Revenue outcome per quarter.
Qualifications (Must Haves): - Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines - Must posses strong follow up, analytical and organizational skills - Self-Starter, that can manage own work load - Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with multiple areas of the company.
- Must be detail oriented - Well-developed Spreadsheet skills including advanced formulas - Must have experience in an Online Media Environment, whose primary revenue stream is driven by advertising sales and deliverables.
