Senior Account Executive - Digital Media Sales: Searchlight
Our client, a profitable, top online advertising technology company, is seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to join its New York and Chicago team.
Responsibilities:
Must have a proven track record of success closing business with Advertising Agencies and as well as direct clients
Must have a strategic and consultative sales approach
Manage, renew and up-sell existing clients
Work with sales management to develop new strategies to penetrate regions/vertical markets
Excellent prospecting skills necessary
Prepare proposals and respond to RFP's with a high degree of quality and in a timely manner
Work with Account Management (including traffic coordinator) to ensure that client's needs are being met
Stay current of online advertising trends and any major initiative (Social media, blogging, ad technologies, mobile, etc)Requirements:
2-5 years media sales experience in online sales
Track record of being a top performer within a sales organization
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast paced, exciting environment
Excellent prospecting skills
Extremely professional and positive demeanor
High energy and a love of interactive advertising sales
