Sales Specialists contact merchants in the cities in which they live to close deals and invite merchants to offer customers a significant discount, typically a 50% value (e.

g., $50 worth of goods/services for $25).

In return, kgb delivers a volume of customers to the merchant.

After the merchant contract is signed, the deal is advertised on www.kgbdeals.com, and an interested customer visits the site to click "BUY" before the offer ends at midnight.

If the deal reaches Activation Point that is, enough people sign up then all customers who clicked BUY can pay and get their deal immediately.

If not enough people buy the deal, no one gets it (and no one is charged), so customers are incented to invite their friends to make sure everyone gets the deal! kgbdeals is brought to you by the same kgb that launched the popular text answering service, 542542 (kgbkgb).

For more information on the company visit www.kgb.com. kgb is searching for 3 Regional Sales Managers to manage a team of Sales Specialists in the East, Central, and Pacific Time Zones.

The mission of the Regional Sales Manager includes: Direct selling and sales team guidance for territory Sales Specialists in developing and executing on a tactical sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Sell kgbdeals client services to businesses across commerce oriented verticals (ie Spa (Health and Beauty), Food & Drink (Restaurants and Bars), Retail, Hotel, Gym & Fitness, Tickets & Events etc.)Consistently create and drive prospecting opportunities through direct calls, local meetings in region through associations and other networking capabilities.

Develop strong client relationships while ensuring service levels exceed expectations.

Establish leadership role by exceeding personal revenue quotas in sales region.

Train, mentor, motivate and inspire a team of 7-8 sales professionals by demonstrating best sales practices.

Explore all sales network options including student workers, independent contractors, freelancers, tele-sales to ensure that the optimal sales structure is employed in the region.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Work with sales management and merchandising to ensure overall success of the region by disseminating team vision, direction, strategic planning and tactical execution.

Initiate and close deals with top-tier clients across the region.

Identify, develop and qualify new sales leads within assigned region.

Targeted prospecting, cold calling and closing client contracts.

During the sales process work closely with cross departmental employees to jointly define program parameters that meet client and business needs.

Building strong partnerships with key internal support functions - client and customer support, product-management, marketing, legal and finance.

Fine-tune pitch pack; identify any sales material required for the sales team.

Provide ad-hoc merchant care support when necessary.

Provide feedback to the kgb deals team on any experience that may help improve efficiency and drive increased sales by improving the consumer and merchant experience.

Understand our competitors' services and selling techniques.

Ensure that the regional team is a cohesive unit and works in a collaborative manner.

Assist with departmental training.

Frequent travel (50%) within the assigned region.

Ability to work well in a self-directed environment, adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment and a willingness to be an active participant within a team.

As a key member of the Sales team, this individual must possess: Strong prospecting skills demonstrating a relentless pursuit of measurable prospecting activity Strong sales execution demonstrating an ability to identify and successfully close high transaction of sales within a complex system of customers and partners in order to successfully sell the kgbdeals product offeringMust possess an acute understanding of what our target consumer will buy. While this is a B2B sales organization, knowledge of social media networking and consumer marketing preferences will be key to the success of the business.
