For more information visit www.postini.com. Localization and Education Project ManagerBrief Description: The Localization and Education Project Manager is responsible for managing the localization and coordinating the delivery of Postini international products.

The L&E Project manager will also manage usability testing and reviews to contribute the user experience with Postini services.

Primary Responsibility: The Localization and Education Project Manager will project manage the localization of software, documentation, and online help.

Responsibilities: Work closely with Postini documentation, engineering, and product management, and external vendors and reviewers.

Recruit translation companies/resources and reviewers; track budgets, schedules, priorities and localization feedback.

Review products for localizability, promote design/development requirements for internationalization.

Establish and publish standards and processes.

Project manager usability testing of software and online help.

This involves coordinating and creating test scripts and scenarios, recruiting testers, managing testing environment, and compiling results.

Gather and compile localization and usability requirements, and work with marketing to review competitive material where applicable.

Work closely with Development, Client Services, and Product Marketing to assure user testing is scheduled, and establish user testing processes.

Assure that projects have the necessary visibility and resources, and are integrated and scheduled into the overall product development process.

Publish and communicate status, priorities and assure that translations are available to engineering for integration.

Coordinate Client Services special projects as required Has internal and external contacts This position requires understanding of localization, internationalization, and usability requirements, strategies, issues.

Manages complex schedules/dependencies across Postini departments and vendors Requires very good knowledge and familiarity with product requirements and product functions Works with technical toolset for translation and usability testing Qualifications: BS or BA or equivalent 3-5 years relevant experience Excellent organizational and project management skills; proven ability to own and complete projects end-to-end.
