Here are the job details --- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Instructional Designer ---Our Services team is looking for a talented Instructional Designer to create online learning solutions that complement and support our Platform Education strategy.

Principal duties and responsibilities include: - Organizing instructional content into cohesive learning objects.

- Using story boards, scripts, and other tools to produce interactive online screencasts and webcasts.

- Launching and facilitating screencasts and webcasts.

- Updating and maintaining the online training materials.

- Analyzing and evaluating learning outcomes.

- Fostering internal and external relationships by working collaboratively with the Developer Services team and other contributors.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop e-Learning solutions.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the design and delivery of e-learning systems and corporate training services within a global and diverse technology organization, including the following areas of expertise: - Developing online courses, screencasts and other types of instructional content using Camtasia, Captivate, Flash, and other e-Learning tools.

- Using ADDIE, Iterative, Rapid ID, and other instructional design methodologies.

- Designing online assessment tools, including quizes and interactive exercises.

- Create and teach online courses.

- Strong communication and presentation skills through multiple delivery methods (online, live, written).

- Able to explain complex concepts to audiences ranging in skill levels from Novices to Experts.
