Director of Client Services: Kain Management Group, LLC
Job Description Responsible for the successful delivery of all services to clients - Support, Training, Implementation, Data Integration, Configuration Management and Professional Services.
Objectives will be to increase usage of company's products, achieve high client satisfaction and, together with the Account Management team, achieve 90%+ retention of blue chip client base and annual upsell goals.
Develop scalable client services processes throughout the client lifecycle, from implementation through renewal, that reinforce our value proposition and help achieve the objectives for the position.
Track and report key metrics to management to understand performance of team.
Educate, manage and assist clients in their use of company's products to ensure maximum impact, ROI and retention.
Expected to directly perform services and manage a small team (this is a player-coach position).
Experience & Skills 4-year degree required, MBA preferred 3-5 years in business development or broad account management role 3-5 years in delivering services, or managing the delivery of services, to large corporations Strong software as a service experience Proven ability to build scalable solutions Detail orientation with proven record of follow through Ability to switch between tactical execution and strategic planning Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
