Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an expert in Web development with 3-5 years of experience and a strong portfolio of applications showing large-scale/enterprise usage of Flash and significant code re-use.

The successful candidate will work directly with company founders and a talented small team of engineers to aggressively design and develop exciting applications.

Strong problem solving and communications skills are expected.

As Web Developer for the DigiLava group, you will: Participate in new product prototyping Work hands-on in the development of web applications (Flash/XML) Provide technical guidance during product planning and development Build functioning HTML and Flash demos for prototyping and presentations Enhance UI of proprietary backend applications and corporate websites Requirements: As the team will work on a wide variety of topics, a successful candidate should be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of Flash with particular expertise in several of the following areas: Advanced experience with Flash Action Scrip
