The company is developing a new stealth-mode project at our San Francisco office and is looking for a couple of talented, creative and passionate founding software developers.

The company is pursuing a hugely exciting, technically robust innovative video application, and large-scale eCommerce web services with very wide appeal.

You will have a significant impact as a senior member of a small but very strong team, building innovative and cutting-edge products that will be deployed by the DigiLava Group on a national and global scale.

Our San Francisco office is located in the heart of the Financial District, a couple blocks from the Embarcadero BART station.

Job Qualifications The individual will work directly with company founders and a talented small team of engineers to aggressively design and develop this exciting application.

Once launched, the individual will interact with users to support and enhance the product.

Responsibilities: Candidates will be responsible for development, support, testing, and enhancement of our proprietary back-end applications and corporate websites.

Requirements: Candidate must have 3 years minimum experience of Microsoft Windows and product-proven experience developing native client applications within the Windows GUI/environment.

Candidate must have 2 years minimum experience with C#/.NET and must be prepared to discuss and perhaps demo an application they wrote and talk through some of their recent code.

Candidate must have in depth SQL Server knowledge in database design, tuning, and implementation of stored procedures.

Candidate must be highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of self-management.

Candidate must be passionate about end users and their needs.

Candidate may be interacting with the user community directly.

Candidate must be prepared to operate as his or her own support staff and be comfortable working with limited, precious "start-up" resources.

Candidate must also be entrepreneurial, wanting to take ownership for and share the fruit's of the project's success.

An ideal candidate will also have experience developing/maintaining start up infrastructure, such as the company website, product download facilities, and basic customer tracking/management support applications.
