If you do, this is the job for you. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to AdBrite advertisers and publishers by responding to customer service inquiries via email and phone and consistently monitoring emails, customer feedback and satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues of basic to moderate scope; manage resolution of complex technical issues through working with Sales, Engineering and Product.
Work on special projects of moderate to complex scope under minimal direction.
Projects include: Ad review: determining which ads meet guidelines; developing or modifying guidelines.
Analysis on effects of traffic based on guideline or policy changes; makes recommendations based on analysis.
Contribute to the design of AdBrite Customer Help Center; creating and modifying content to reduce volume of calls/emails made to AdBrite CS.Manage external site-review vendors and contractors; train vendors and contractors on site review policy and processes; hold vendors and contractors accountable to standards.
Requirements: BA/BS in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion.
Detail oriented; ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer applications skills.
Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
