Number: 32075Date Posted: 2010/08/06 Position Summary: The Marketing team at Yahoo! is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, results-oriented big thinker for its Integrated Marketing group.
The Integrated Marketing group is responsible for major agency relationships; large-scale, 360-degree brand campaigns and media investments across Consumer and B2B audiences; and smaller-scale media planning and buying in partnership with individual Yahoo! product teams and business units.
The Associate Marketing Managers mission at Yahoo! will be to help create the most valuable and compelling consumer Internet brand in the world by utilizing breakthrough communications.
This position resides in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities: Manage finance process, including inputting POs and managing budget trackers.
Work with the Marketing Manager in managing the departmental budget.
Work with Marketing Ops Finance to appropriately track, report, and reconcile agency fees, production expenses, and media expenditures.
Create and maintain a central global repository of integrated marketing campaigns, media plans, and campaign results – ensuring appropriate communication to internal teams domestically and around the world.
Coordinate campaign assets including photos, templates, stage, and styleguides Manage shared resources for the Integrated Marketing team, including archiving creative, assets, data, etc. Document advertising and media best practices and results, and facilitate campaign knowledge management across teams.
Manage projects and campaigns, from brief development to creative development to execution Working with the Marketing Manager on evergreen assets and sponsorships, like marquee messaging, USSA, and SF Giants Work on Integrated Marketing initiatives for internal audiences, including events and internal coordination Coordinate between NEO and internal teams on digital tracking including tagging, ULTs, etc Work on detailed program work, like details of custom integrations, value-added opportunities like radio live-reads, tags, etc Partner with internal Yahoo! teams and internal/external advertising agencies to manage and execute integrated Consumer, B2B, and internal marketing campaigns designed to deliver brand and business results.
Minimum Requirements: 2+ years in online marketing or advertising agency.
Strong project management and interpersonal communication skill are required.
