Voice Data Specialist

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Ability to design and manage Avaya voice solutions involving VoIP technology.
Experience with LAN / WAN technologies and topologies.
Experience in supporting converged solutions involving Voice, Data and VoIP.
Avaya and Cisco certification desired.
Expertise on the Software and Hardware of Avaya products: Communication Manager, Definity, CMS, Interaction Center (CTI), Message Networking, Modular Messaging and Intuity voice mail is required.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? Successful incumbents will be responsible for: Voice application design and support for Enterprise Telephony Systems, Call Center Applications and associated adjuncts.
The Responsibilities include hardware and software configuration and design as well as the ability to trouble shoot and isolate issues.
This position is also responsible for the fulfillment of customer requests and the need to be accessible on a 7 x 24 hour basis when requested.
