This position is part of a friendly, growing team, and it offers comprehensive training, benefits and exposure.
Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and reviewing group insurance cases Examining pricing patterns for group insurance coverage, and estimating pricing for prospective customers Working closely with the sales team on a variety of underwriting and pricing efforts Collaborating with internal personnel on the development of strategies to increase profitability Work experience is needed, preferably in underwriting, healthcare or sales.
Excellent communication and listening skills are crucial, as is a skill for balancing and prioritizing multiple assignments.
Analytical skills are key, and computer proficiency is essential.
