Learn more about Crum&Forster Job Description Job Description · Manage the activities of the Bureau/Special Reporting unit · Accountable for the accurate and timely production of reports, for efficiency and morale of assigned personnel, and for ensuring that all work performed is accurate, adequate, and properly documented, and timely · Manage analysis of premium and loss errors rejected by the system; initiates corrective action to avoid future errors · Develop and release information to regions and home office to aid and assist in production of quality data · Provide direction on reporting of statistical data to ensure proper compliance with statistical plans · Monitor compilation of statistical data for all lines of business · Responsible for maintaining company corporate, front end, and bureau system/table updates · Responsible for preparing specifications and ensuring accuracy requirements are included and implemented in internal policy and loss systems · Coordinates changes in statistical requirements with other departments · Provide direction on certification of statistical data produced by Automated Policywriting Systems and prepare acceptance or rejection recommendations to management · Monitor operations to ensure meeting report due dates · Responsible for quality and timeliness of report card grades issued by ISO and NCCI · Monitor timely corrections of errors by Statistical and Loss Accounting unit · Represent company on industry committees related to statistical and data quality matter · Counsel assigned personnel and evaluate their performance, initiate salary and assignment changes, and interview applicants · Perform special and internal projects as assigned · Participate in preparation of Statistical Reporting yearly budget · Participate in establishment of departmental goals and objectives Crum&Forster offers career opportunities in a variety of functional areas and disciplines.
